Lunch in Folkestone  15 July 2007

On Sunday 15 July 2007, a little group of us met with Diana (DWnstnly) in Folkestone - Diana's home town.

Diana hosted a lovely lunch for all of us at the Grand Hotel and then we went back to Judi's to play a few hands of bridge.

It was fantastic to meet Diana after all these years. She is such a valuable member of our club. I know she was looking forward to meeting everyone too.

Steve was a surprise guest, Diana didn't know he was coming! She was so pleased to meet him for the first time. We were really pleased to see Ann (blue iris) who is a regular player
in the Acol Club.

Diana, Dawn, Judi and Adrian all live in Folkestone and know each other. Also there was Diana's daughter and another close friend of Diana's.

We will all meet again soon I hope!
