Acol at BBO

The Ladder will consist of any number of teams.  In future, the Ladder might be split into two or more divisions.
All teams must play Acol, and play their matches in the Acol Club at BBO.
A team may comprise any 2, 3 or 4 players.
A team must nominate a captain who will be responsible for making match arrangements.
Communications between teams (eg challenges and acceptances) will generally be by email.  For this purpose each team will be given an email hosted by acolatbbo.  That email will be in the form - teamname@acolatbbo.org.uk - and messages to that address will be forwarded to the team captain.  Thus personal email addresses will not be published on this website.
A player may be a member of more than one team.
Teams move up and down the Ladder through challenges and playing matches.

The Ladder will be updated on each Monday, to include all matches played during the previous week.
The Ladder will continue indefinitely.  Every 3 months the Teams which have earned most Honour Points will be engraved on an honours board.
All times specified in these rules shall be UK time.
