The two teams will meet in the Acol Club on BBO and play the match at the time and on the day previously arranged. | |
| 2 | The match shall be open to kibbers to watch and be over 10 boards scored as cross IMPs | |
| 3 | The winning team shall be responsible for advising the Laddermaster of the result of the match, giving the following information: | |
| The date that the match
was played. The names of the N-S pair, and their Team name. The names of the W-E pair, and their Team name. The name of the winning Team. |

| 4 | The Laddermaster shall determine the result of the match by reference to the “myhands” archive on BBO and adjust the Ladder accordingly. | |
