Acol at BBO - Acol Club Ladder

Every team that enters the ladder is allocated an email address.

This address is hosted by the acolatbbo website - for free.

This address is in the form of "team-name"@acolatbbo.org.uk
(we will replace "team-name" with your team's name,
and change the script to all lower case
and change all spaces to a hyphen).

You can send messages to that address by clicking on the team's name in the Ladder or on the Team List.

Any messages sent to this address will be automatically forwarded on to the team captain (not to the whole team).

If the identity of the captain changes, or if the captain changes his/her email address, just tell us what the new target address is and we will change the "forward address".

This ensures that :
No private email addresses are published on our website;
The same public email address continues, even when there are changes in the team or of the captain.

We expect that most messages between teams will be sent by using this email address.

That will ensure that the message always gets to the right person, even when the team changes its captain, or when the captain changes his/her email address.
